What Can You do for Earth Day??
On Earth Day you can do whatever you want that
you
think will keep the environment clean. If you still have no ideas take a
look
at the list below. You can print this list and circle the things you plan
to do. Remember to always ask your parents for permission before you do
anything.

Clean up your local park, and/or ponds. |

Make a pledge to do something for a week. (Ex. I will save electricity by ... / I will recycle by .....) |

Use paper bags at grocery stores or in other places. |
|
Reuse plastic bags. |
|
Plant trees, flowers and plants. |
|
Gather toxic items and dispose them in the proper way. |
|
Create poems and stories to read to people. Try to say how we are damaging our world and what we can do to help it. |
